LCS Unit-5

1. Continuous-time linear systems can be modeled using state equations. The state model represents the system dynamics and can be used for analysis. 2. The state equations can be transformed into a state diagram called a state space model, with state variables related by a set of first-order differential equations. 3. The state model can be transformed into diagonal form through a similarity transformation, allowing easier analysis of the system dynamics and computation of the output response.
