The school head of San Roque Elementary School requested approval to demolish an Imelda-typed building on the school grounds. Greetings of peace!

San Roque Elementary School requested to inspect of our school for safety and security
reasons. The Municipal Engineer conducted an ocular inspection last December 9, 2022. Upon
inspection, the building was assessed to be in bad condition and the structural integrity of the
building has diminished due to cracks and rusted metal parts that were observed on the walls and
ceilings of the structure. Thus, the Municipal Engineering Office highly recommends the immediate
demolition of the building to avoid further damage to other properties and protect the lives of the
occupants.

In this regard, I am requesting your approval. Your utmost consideration regarding this
matter is highly appreciated.
