Question # 1
Life Story:
I was born in Multan on February 3, 2000. I belong to Umar Khichi, a village near Vehari. We are four
sisters. I am the third. My father is a landlord, and my mother is a housewife. My father wanted me and
my sisters to memorize the Holy Quran. I started my schooling at the Iqra Rauzatul Atfal Trust in Mailsi
where I studies from grade 1 to grade 4 and then start memorizing the Holy Quran. Mailsi is just a few
kilometres from our village. Then, up to Grade 6, I read here. Then I studied up to Grade 9 at Dawn
Public School, which is also located in mailsi. Then, my whole family shifted to Multan because my elder
sister had gotten admission to a master’s degree programme at Women's University Multan. My
enrollment was then transferred to Nishat Girls Higher Secondary School, Multan. It was quite
challenging for me because earlier, I was studying in a smaller city, and the lifestyle of the people here
was different, so it took a while to adapt to it. However, gradually, my friends became closer, and I
started feeling good because, when you get a good company in the form of friends, everything starts
getting better. I studied at Nishat Higher Secondary School till Grade 12. I aimed to become a dentist, so
after Grade 12, I got admission to KIPS Entry Test Preparations to prepare for the MDCAT test. When the
result of the MDCAT test came, I was very disappointed. That day, I thought my life just ended when my
merit was not made, but my parents motivated me, saying that there are many difficulties in life, but the
biggest test is how you cope with them. My father said that no one can take away what is in your
fortune, but what is not in your fortune you will not get, no matter how hard you try. Then I chose the
field of nutrition sciences. My cousin was a student at UMT at the time, and he informed me that UMT is
also offering this course. My father advised me to apply, so I took the admissions test and got admission.
My father didn’t want to send me to a hostel, so he decided to shift to Lahore so that I could complete
my education. So, my family shifted to Lahore. Now, Lahore was new to me. Only the people here were
new because I had seen Lahore many times; we used to come during summer vacations. But with time,
we settled here. When you start living somewhere, that place becomes your second home. I am very
lucky that I made friends on the first day because the big problem is that I am not an introvert, I don’t
have any confidence, and I never take the initiative to talk first. In university, I joined the photography
club to participate in extracurricular activities so that my skills are good and confidence also grows. I am
very fond of photography, and it is in my genes because my father was also very fond of photography.
He always motivated me to participate in extracurricular activities aside from academics. Now,
Alhamdulillah, I am in my ninth semester; this is my last year after which I plan to do a master’s because
I want to explore more about my field. The best thing about my career is that it has now become more
demanding because people are more conscious of their health, and I aim to make people understand
the meaning of a healthy lifestyle.

Question # 3
Personality Test:
Traits:
Introvert: I strongly agree with this trait because, because I am shy, I never take the
initiative to talk to a new person. I kept my feelings inside myself and didn’t share them with
anyone, and I always made one or two friends at a time rather than making a group of
friends.
Intuitive: I strongly agree with this because I am an observer, and maybe everyone is.
Whether we discuss it with someone or not is a different matter, but when we see a person,
we form ideas about him.
Feeling: Yes, I agree, because I don’t only care about my emotions but also the emotions
of people who mean a lot to me. I always think about my loved ones then I think about
myself.
5|Page
Judging: I agree with this point, only in the sense of making a plan, because I prefer to
make plans for something on which I am working rather than go with the flow. But not in the
view of judging people.
Turbulent: I agree with this trait at some point. I always try my best to improve my
mistakes to achieve my goal. If I failed on the first attempt, I am not giving up and lose all my
confidence I felt this was the first hurdle on my way to success.
Question # 4
Weaknesses:
1. Timidity:
I hesitate to speak in front of people because I don’t have confidence,
and I hesitate to give a presentation in front of the class.
2. Emotional:
Sometimes, I got emotional quickly, due to which I often started
taking decisions with my heart, instead of my mind.
3. Procrastination:
My greatest weakness is a tendency to put off difficult things. I
always complete my work by the deadline, but sometimes certain topics take
longer than they had to.

Question # 5
b. IQ Test:
1. Free-IQTest.net:
I had difficulty with math-related questions in this test because my math is not
good. I find this test easy in comparison to the 2nd one.
2. Fun Education:

Question#6
Hobbies:
My two favorite hobbies include photography and reading books. I love photography. I
love to capture Allah's beautiful creations; nature and humans. In my spare time, I go to a
nearby park and photograph the sunset because it is such a beautiful moment that I want to
freeze it for myself. That means therapy to me.

I enjoy reading two types of books: romantic and fictional novels, and the other genre is self-
help books, of which my favorite is by Collen Hoover; it ends with us, a fictional novel that leads
you to an imaginary life, and it feels for a moment like you are living an imaginary life; and self-
help books, of which Atomic Habits is my favorite because it helps you settle your life and is an
important part of self-improvement.

Pie-Chart:
Radar Chart:
My presentation and communication skills are poor so I am working hard to improve
them. The main reason for this is a lack of confidence, but I'm working on being more social and
making contact with people and starting conversations with them so that I can learn and
improve my skills. Aside from that, I am not a good writer. I am improving them by reading more
books to broaden my knowledge and also by writing a page or two to practice writing fluently.

By creating a weekly schedule and attempting to stick to it, I am also practising time
management.

Question # 7

Favourite Quotations:
Quotation from Atomic Habits by James Clear:
“Your Habits Shape Your Identity, and your identity shapes your habits.”
Quotation from The Forty Rules of Love by Elif Shafak:
“The words that come out of your mouths do not vanish but are perpetually stored in infinite space, and
they will come back to us in due time.”
Quotation from Reclaim Your Heart by Yasmin Mogahed:
“If there is one recipe for unhappiness it is that: expectations.”
Most Favourite:
From the above, my favourite quote is from The Forty Rules of Love. We
humans do not consider our words before speaking. What we say may cause harm to
the other person in front of us. The writer has written something very good: what we
say goes indefinitely, and when the time comes, the same thing can affect us, so we
should think before speaking a hundred times.
Question # 8
Comments:
This assignment is an opportunity for me to explore myself; otherwise, we are so busy
in our daily lives that we don’t have time to think about ourselves. Through this assignment, I
am more involved in thinking about my strengths and weaknesses, and the online IQ test and
typing speed are both good ways to enhance my skills. By making a timeline, we have more
focused goals to work on and all of your work is going well.
