Executive summary

Isneakaz will be a unisex designer sneakers and shoes Store. Isneakaz will sell designer brands
such as Nike, Adidas, Louis Vuitton, Gucci to mention but a few, providing its customers with
excellent services and quality items. Its customers can be anyone, provided the customer can
afford the product he/she wants to purchase.
ISneakaz will have an unmatched, extensive selection of different sneakers and shoes. Generally,
the size of Isneakaz selections wouldnt be cost prohibitive because not all the sizes of different
designs would be in stock. Isneakaz will have a unique business model that will allow it to have an
extensive selection at the cost of only stocking one per size. This will be accomplished through a
special relationship with the wholesaler so Isneakaz can receive a customers needed size within
two days. Overnight waybill will be available at additional cost.

Business description

Isneakaz will be in the retail business, and will be selling male and female sneakers and shoes.
We know that sneakers and shoes are something people will always need, and Isneakaz will be
able to offer the products at affordable prices. It is clearly known that anyone who loves dressing
smart and shoes are inseparable.

Business goal

Isneakaz goal is to offer continuous value added products to its customers. To accomplish this,
Isneakaz will focus on exceptional designs, innovations, quality, convenience, and interactive
communication.

Vision

Isneakaz vision is to be a distinguished unisex footwear's retailer known around the nation for the
quality of products, setting new trend and lifestyle.

Objectives includes

• To create a product based retail store whose primary goal is to exceed customers expectations.
• To develop a start up business, surviving off its own cash flow.

Sales strategy

Isneakaz sales strategy will be based on display and visibility. And with attractive products on
display, Isneakaz will get a high percentage of foot traffic.
Isneakaz will also display its products online, via all social platforms.
