Dear Nohid ,

I am pleased to confirm our offer of employment as part time position  at Winners International L.P.
(“WMI”) on the terms and conditions described in this letter.  I believe this position offers you many
exciting opportunities to contribute to our organization.

Start Date:      Monday, October 24, 2022    

Reports to:     Carol Gade  ops assistant manager  

Location:        700 - 5001, 19 Street , Store 285   

Pay Rate:        Your hourly rate will be $15.00  per hour.

Duties

As a part time position  you shall perform such duties and assume such responsibilities as may be
reasonably determined from time‑to‑time by WMI.  A copy of the current job description for this
position is attached.   You shall devote your full time and attention and best efforts to the business
and affairs of WMI and to your responsibilities as part time position . By accepting this offer, you
agree to payment by direct deposit and to provide the banking information necessary to do.

Vacation

You will be entitled to vacation pay equal to 4% of your gross earnings.  You will receive vacation
pay twice a year.

Hours of Work 

As you agreed during your interview, your work schedule will reflect a variety of shifts, including
days, evenings and weekends (including Sunday).  Your availability should include a minimum of 3
shifts that meet the needs of the business. Hours and shifts are not guaranteed.

You acknowledge that you have read the enclosed Newfoundland Meals and Breaks Appendix -
Store Hourly Associate Acknowledgement Form and fully understand its provisions, and agree that
compliance with the Meals and Breaks Appendix is a condition of your employment with TJX
Canada.     

Benefits

You will be eligible to participate in the Benefit plan on the first of the month following your first year
anniversary date, provided you have worked 1248 hours during that year. You must continue to work
the minimum hours per year to maintain eligibility. Information about our Associate benefits is
outlined in the enclosed Manulife Benefit Guide.  The details will be explained during your
orientation.  Plan documents govern the provision of benefits, which are subject to change without
notice

WMI offers a Tuition Assistance Plan for Associates after one year of service.

Group RSP/DPSP & Employer Loyalty Program 

After a year of service, you are eligible to participate in the WMI GROUP RSP/DPSP plan, provided
you worked a minimum of 1248 hours during that year. You must continue to work the minimum
hours per year to maintain eligibility. You may make contributions of up to 13% of your base pay. 
After completion of one year of employment, WMI will match up to the first 5% of your contribution at
a rate of 30%.  WMI match rate will increase based upon years of service.  An additional 1%
Company contribution is offered after 3 years of service under the Employer Loyalty Program.  See
enclosed brochure for details.  Plan documents govern.

Probation Period

You will be expected to successfully complete a 90-day probationary period. After 90 days, your
Manager will conduct a performance review, and then annually thereafter.

Associate Discount

You are entitled to receive a discount of 10% on all merchandise at all divisions of WMI.  You will
receive two (2) Discount cards delivered with your first pay statement, which can be used

immediately in stores to access the Associate discount.

Policies

You will be bound by the terms and conditions of our policies and procedures which form part of your
employment agreement with WMI and have been provided to you with this offer.  Policies and
procedures are subject to change at WMI’s discretion without notice.  While all policies are important,
we draw your particular attention to the policy related to Employment of Relatives.  In particular,
immediate members of a family may not work in the same business unit where a supervisory
relationship exists.  You are required to disclose to WMI upon hiring if you are related to a current
employee.

Health and Safety

As an Associate at TJX, you acknowledge that you have an understanding of your responsibilities
and will play an integral part by complying with all TJX Canada Health and Safety policies and
procedures as defined within the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Code of Conduct

As part of your employment with us, you will be bound by our Code of Conduct. Click here to read
and review.  Accepting this offer confirms that you have read and accepted the terms of the Code.

Plans

All plans referred to herein shall form part of this Agreement and may be amended or discontinued in
the sole discretion of WMI without any prior notice to you. In the event of a breach, or alleged breach
of this Agreement relating to any of the aforesaid plans, the laws governing the dispute shall be
those specified in the applicable plan document(s).

Consent

By signing below, you hereby authorize WMI to use your Date of Birth, or variation thereof, as a
method of assigning a store security system PIN number. You also consent upon termination to the
offsetting of any sums you then owe WMI against any sums then owed to you by WMI.

Entire Agreement

This agreement and WMI’s policies and procedures constitute the entire employment agreement
between you and WMI and supersede any previous written or verbal agreements, representations,
or promises between the parties.
