The courses to study in your first trimester are pre-registered as indicated in the Student Bill attached.
Should you accept this offer, you are required to register by paying the fees before the due
date(s) as stated in the Student Bill(s) attached. You are given TWO different payment plans to select*,
i.e. Full Payment Plan of which you select to pay in full amount according to the Full Payment Student
Bill, OR UTAR Covid-19 Fees Instalment Plan of which you select to pay in 3 instalments according to
the 3 Instalment Payment Student Bills with different due dates of payment specifically made
available only for this MAY 2021 Trimester, as attached. Please refer to the “Information for
Freshmen” booklet for registration procedures and guidelines. For your information, payment of the fee
can be made via internet banking through JomPay or through Public Bank’s Internet Banking
Service, (without the need to make payment physically at any financial or banking institutions), at Post
Offices, or at the Division of Finance, UTAR.
You may register for new course(s) or drop from registered course(s) during the first 2 weeks of each
trimester at your faculty.
This offer automatically lapses if you do not register by the due date. After the lapse date, you can
contact the Division of Admissions and Credit Evaluation at admission@utar.edu.my if you are still
interested in enrollment for a new offer letter to be issued.
Please note that UTAR reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time if any information furnished
in your application is found to be false or incorrect.
Please note the Fee Refund Policy as follows:
a. Fees paid will only be refunded, where applicable, in accordance with the provisions of
Clauses 3 and 4 on page 11 of the Information for Freshmen booklet.

● b. For students who have paid and registered after the commencement date of programme,
there is STRICTLY no refund of all fees paid EXCEPT Caution Money or, for international
students, the Security Bond Deposit upon withdrawal from programme.
It is compulsory for students of undergraduate programmes to pass MUET with minimum Band 3.0
/ IELTS Band 5.0 / TOEFL iBT Score 42 (provided it is still valid at the time of submission) before
graduation. This requirement must be met within the maximum duration of the programme of study.
Students who already possessed MUET Band 3.0 / IELTS Band 5.0 / TOEFL iBT Score 42 (provided
it is still valid at the time of submission) upon entry to UTAR would be exempted from this
requirement.

Orientation and Course Registration
You can access to UTAR e-Orientation homepage at https://e-orientation.utar.edu.my/ starting
from 17 May 2021, 8.30am. Details of the e-Orientation programme with the various important and
useful information for new students are available at the e-Orientation homepage. If you have any query
about the e-Orientation, please contact Department of Student Affairs at dsa@utar.edu.my or 016-
2100864 (Kampar Campus) / 016-2100862 (Sungai Long Campus).
Upon payment of the student bill you can access UTAR Admission Status Application system to confirm
your academic study mode and subsequently obtain your course timetable via this
link http://www2.utar.edu.my/admStatus/login.jsp (proceed to the "Confirmation of Academic Study
Mode" tab on the left hand side) whereby you can also download the list of contact numbers of the
various Faculty General Office if you have any query with regards to your academic study mode and
course timetable.
You are also required to submit the e-copy, scan-copy or image-copy of the Declaration form,
Withdrawal from Studies and Fees Refund Policy form during e-Orientation or within the first 4
weeks from 08 June 2021 via online submission to the following email address at
admission@utar.edu.my, otherwise the University reserves the right to BLOCK you from accessing the
course pre- registration system in this trimester.
You can complete the medical check-up and submit the Health Examination Report, the original
hardcopy of the Declaration form, Withdrawal from Studies and Fees Refund Policy form, along
with all your original and photocopy of educational certificates as listed in your application to the
university when you physically report for your studies at UTAR. This is to facilitate inspection by the
relevant government authorities and UTAR. Failure in presenting these original educational certificates
may render your studies to be terminated.
By accepting this offer, it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by the
Rules and Regulations and the Fees Refund Policy of the University.
