(08:00 to 17:00 hrs Monday through Friday and between 08:00 to 12:00 hrs on Saturdays,
Laytime (o commence at 13:00 hrs if NOR tendered between 08:00 and 12:00 hrs Monday through
Friday and at 08:00 hrs of the next working dey if NOR tendered after 12:00 hrs Monday through
Friday whether in berth or not (WIBON), whether in fe pratique or not (WIFPON), whether custom
cleared or not (WCCON).
