    MADAC Meeting in relation to formulation of Community Based Drug


    Rehabilitation Program (CBDRP) Manual of Operation

    On August 16, 2023 at 9:00 in the morning PLTCOL REYNALDO C DOMELOD,


    Chief of Police together with PSSg Angelica M Manalo Barangay Drug Clearing Program PNCO
    attended the Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Council (MADAC) meeting in relation to the
    Manual of Operation of Community Based Drug Rehabilitation Program (CBDRP), held
    at the conference room of Nasugbu Municipal Disaster and Risk Reduction
    Management Office (MDRRMO) with Mr. Emerlito M.Bordeos, Municipal Admin
    Officer, Dr. Antonio Carlo Magno, Rural Health Unit-I, Government Physician, Kermith
    Gilbert Fadri DILG-MLGOO, MR. Raymond Oriondo from ALS DepEd Nasugbu West
    JO1 Glenda Barcelon, BJMP Admin, JO1 John David Mojica BJMP Nurse, JCINSP
    Ramon C Carolino, Chief Officer of BJMP Nasugbu, Joanne Delos Czarina Matias,Liga
    ng mga Barangay Sangguniang Bayan representative, Mark Anthony Hernandez, PIO,
    Maripaz B. Cudiamat, from CCW, and Pastor Albert M. Mosguerra municipal values
    coach.The discussion focused on Community Based Drug Rehabilitation Program
    (CBDRP) Operation Manual entitled as Nasugbu KALINGA(Kalingain at Lingapin mga
    Indibidwal na Nangangailangan ng Gabay at Aruga), Dr. Magno emphasized the
    Guidleines, General Roles and Responsibilities of participating agencies/departments
    and the enrollment and Orientation of PWUDS. MLGOO Kermith Gilbert Fadri advised
    that each Barangay should have Barangay Case Manager to act as the supervisor of
    the PWUD’s to ensure their attendance and cooperation. MSWDO and TESDA will be
    tasked to create programs for PWUD’s that will be included to their forty-five (45) days
    activity. As of now the Manual of Operation on CBDRP of Nasugbu will be finalized by
    Dr Antonio Carl C Magno and on August 18, 2023 (Friday) Dr Magno will submit to the
    Office of the Mayor. Mr. Emerlito M.Bordeos, Municipal Administrator of Nasugbu
    ensures that he will make an endorsement for the subsequent submission to the office
    of Sangguniang Bayan for SB Resolution for creation of CBDRP. The said SB
    Resolution will be the priority for the next three consecutive session and thereafter, it
    will be approved and released by the SB. PLTCOL DOMELOD, COP informed them
    about the folders and status of three (3) Barangays submitted to the Office of PDEA4A
    for drug clearing. However said folders were returned due to lack of CBDRP. PLTCOL
    DOMELOD suggested to expedite the processing of CBDRP to comply with the target
    barangays for drug clearing for the month of August 2023. However, Dr Antonio Carl C
    Magno answered that there is a procedure to be followed especially coordination and
    meetings with the other agencies. He also said that he will personally coordinate with
    the DOH Provincial Office for scheduling of visitation of venue of Community Based
    Drug Rehabilitation Program (CBDRP) in Nasugbu. Dr Antonio Carl C Magno also said
    that he will coordinate to the Bicutan Rehabilitation Facility/Center for MOA signing due
    to the fact that the Tagaytay Rehabilitation Center can no longer accommodate
    PWUDs. The meeting concluded with a time frame until second week of September
    2023,which emphasized that joint effort and cooperation of Barangay Chairmen,
    Officials, LGU, and PNP are indeed expected to accomplish and achieved the purpose.
