Online Reputation Management Guideline

1. When you first joined the online reputation management, post a review on a website
specify by the management.
2. Seek another intern within the company to post a review that will improve the
company’s reputation on any review websites.

3. The reviews need to be staggered so that means each reviews need to be 2-3 weeks
between another review on each websites. The reviews need to be left on different days
and times of the day. If there is a flood of new reviews all in one week, it will trip flags at
Google, and they will most likely get banned and removed. However, two (2) days will
be sufficient as long the new review is done by a different person within different time
of day.
4. When seeking an intern, please use various perspectives to give reviews on various
review websites. For instance, on generic websites such as Google, use customers
perspective to give a review. You can ask a family, friends, neighbors, and the
company’s intern to write a review in that perspective. For career websites such as
Glassdoor, write a review from multiple positions such as staff, consultant, service
providers, and interns. You can have a person to write a review for more than one
website.
5. After a review is submitted to the website, make sure the intern you requested, inform
you that they have submitted a review so that you can record it on to the document
provided by the management

6. Two days later after you joined the online reputation management, another HR intern
will be suggested by the concerned country Team leader and teach him/her about the
platforms that they will be responsible for and have them follow the guideline as
instructed by management.
7. Split the list of review websites to be responsible for among yourselves unless instructed
by management.
