    ELASTENE™ 404 by Dow Chemical is an acrylic polymer. Used for formulating elastomeric wall coatings. Offers very
    good balance between mechanical properties and dirt pick up resistance. Possesses better formulation latitude. Exhibits
    very good exterior durability and dirt pick up resistance. ELASTENE™ 404 provides very good water and efflorescence
    resistance.
