I. Executive Summary
The Auto Repair Shop in Northern Samar is an enterprise that offers its target clients, who
may come from the neighborhood or from other towns and markets, high quality, reasonably
priced, and accessible service. It is a corporation that is owned by its shareholders, who purchase
shares to gain a stake in the business. Whereby they will continue to hold a stake in the company,
and if it generates income, they stand to gain. They believe they are taking on more risk because
they could lose a lot if the company fails, but they also believe they could win more if the company
succeeds since they are exposed to the share price.
Wrench Queen’s Auto-Repair Shop is a small starting business that provides a
comprehensive range of services detailed below in our community area. The business's goal is to
provide a one-man-shop for all automotive service needs, such as brakes, transmission, and
wheel alignment. Enables the business to provide a higher perceived value to the customer than
many other shops specializing areas. This business will surely contribute to the economy through
tax payment. In every material the customer will buy there is a tax allotted in every item.

The Wrench Queens Auto-Repair Shop business name is come
from itself wrenches means are made in various shapes and sizes and are
used for gripping, fastening, turning, tightening, and loosening things like
nuts and bolts in an auto. This is in Brgy. Macagtas Diversion Road,
Northern Samar nearly on the highway. The business name is prominent
to the people since Queens is for entrepreneur’s friendships terms of
interment. This is to hand to hand and discernible by the people.
B. Objectives
The objectives of this business are the following:
 To create a substantial customer base consisting of private and professional clients both in
the domestic and international markets
 To solve any problem arises in our field and provide quick solutions to all our customers
 To create a service-based company whose goal is to exceed customer’s expectation.
 Achieve healthy earning or revenue in the first year of the operation.
 To develop a sustainable start up business, contributing to increased employment of
community residents.

C. Goals
The Auto Repair Shop’s primary business goals are the followings:
 Maintaining the professional service and personal care we offer our customers
 Establish our status as sector leaders by providing the highest quality of service possible
 Keeping our knowledge base up to date
 Continue to increase revenue and customer base.
 Continue to provide industry – leading customer service.
 Expand the branches of company.
 Promote skilled apprentice to full – time.

D. Benefits
a. Creation of jobs. They are employed both during the shop's real operation and during its
restoration thanks to the development of the auto repair business and those incidentally
associated with the project.
b. Creating income. With regard to job opportunities, this initiative could provide revenue to
those who work in the firm, including both employees and potential investors.
c. Funding the Government by Generating Money. The government can raise money by using
licensing and tax payments made by businesses, which would eventually help to improve
the socioeconomic conditions in the nation.
II. Description of Business
The Wrench Queens Auto-Repair Shop is a highest quality for maintenance and
dependable mechanics. As we sincerely thank each client, just as our supervisors and
subordinates complement one another, welfare for each customer's wants is constantly there. The
biggest draw for customers is the company name itself, which helps them remember where to go
to find our shop and our high-caliber services. It is located at Brgy. Macagtas Diversion Road,
Northern Samar nearly on the highway.
A. Type and form of business
Wrench Queens Auto-Repair Shop is a corporation wherein the owner of this venture is its
stockholders or shareholders.
B. Location and description of facility
The location of this will be located at Baranggay Macagtas Diversion Roadside, municipality
of Catarman, Province of Northern Samar, along the main thoroughfare. Whereas the target
clients that needed service may easily get it, it is congested, and it is close to freeways for transit.
The store is housed in a third story building, with the mechanics' workspace, customer reception,
customer waiting areas, and a clean restroom available to both employees and customers on the
first floor. The stock room for spare parts and accessories on second floor and the offices for the
owners and personnel will thereafter be on the third story.
The shop is well-maintained and has high-quality equipment throughout. The customer
reception and waiting areas are welcoming. Both the workspace and the office are useful.
C. The product and service description
General Automotive Repairs - primarily engaged in providing (1) a wide range of mechanical and
electrical repair and maintenance services for automotive vehicles, such as passenger cars,
trucks, and vans, and all trailers or (2) engine repair and replacement- it is the primary service that
the venture does. It is either to repair or to replace.

repair marketing strategies to target local customers that search for an auto shop or mechanic

customers in your area, and Creating Google Business and Yelp profile pages.
