Safety Equipment:
Operator and workers are required to wear PPE, 1 safety helmet, 2 safety glasses, 3 work gloves, 4 safety shoes, 5 coveralls, 6 ear plug

Gas test information:


Flammability/LEL Concentrations:
Any reading above 0% LEL – No hot work permitted

General precautions:
1. Only hand tools to be used for exposing underground facilities. ( if any )
2. Authorize personnel only allowed to enter the area.
3. Install traffic signs and warning signs to keep unauthorized persons away from the job site.
4. All equipment shall be inspected, of good quality and appropriate for the job.
5. Work permits for the job shall be taken as per the requirement of The Clients

Pre Job Preparations:
1. All employees associated with the job (AIS as well as contractor employees) shall be briefed about the JSA in
their local language and formally trained.
2. Ensure that all tools and equipment to be used are in good working condition.

CAUTION: All persons associated with the job shall abide by the JSA. The JSA stands cancelled once conditions
change at the job site. The team shall stop all work, cancel the permits and revisit the JSA.

*SEQUENCE OF BASIC JOB STEPS POTENTIAL HAZARDS REQUIRED HAZARD CONTROL ACTION BY:

1. Review HIP ( if required ) and issued
