Daily Training:

The Pronunciation Confidence Method™ (PCM) is a systematic way to build

muscle memory and internalize a sound, word, or grammatical structure in
English, and as a result, gain more confidence as an English speaker.
This method is composed of 5 stages:

1. Prioritizing your speech needs: Identifying your pronunciation challenges

and understanding what you should focus on first.
2. Perception: Understanding why you have a challenge with a certain sound.
3. Production: Understanding how to produce a certain sound.
4. Repetition: Creating strong speaking habits by drilling the challenging
sounds you chose to focus on.
5. Intentional speaking: Intentionally using in free speech the sounds that
you've practiced.

little snippet of, of people’s lives, and then we make a judgment based on it. And I

just think, um … I think, as an actor, what we love, is like really exploring the human

experience, and I think, snippets of people’s lives can be very reductive to what it

really means to be a human. So I wanted to take the opportunity to write
