- NE channel, north of leads, depth 10-17 m,
position : 03-12.4 South/116-19.6 East (anchorage alfa)
- West of Main wharf abt 0.5 miles, depth 10-17 m :
position : 03-11.8 South/116-16.7 East (anchorage bravo)

Pilot station : Pilots board the vessel in the anchorage in the NE channel, Berthing at Starboard side

G) Radio Pratique not accepted at Kotabaru surrounding areas, no other special port regulation
H) Prior arrival, please contact Terminal VHF Channel 14 to guide you for anchorage position
I) Local time GMT + 8, Present vessel line up/Berthing prospect reverting.
J) For our preparation please advise asf :
 Name and departure time of last port
 Vsl's 7/5/3/2/1 ETA Notice including load port local time
 Pre stowage plan and loading sequence
 Whether all vessels certificates are available on board and still valid upon completion of loading to avoid
clearance problem and please fax or send via email attachment to us DOC, SMC, Port State Control
certificate as per Asia Pacific Region (last inspection not later than 6 months)

 International Tonnage certificate and Deratting certificate, Maritime Declaration of Health, last 10 ports call
list
 International Ship Security Cert (ISSC);Ship Security Officer Cert(SSO), Update crew list (urgent enable to
apply application to Indonesian seaccom dept)
 Vessel full ship's particulars with Master official signature and stamp
 Provision or bonded list if any
