iii) the ₱7,313,260.27 in a form and from a bank acceptable to the employer
in amounts equal to Advance Payment was submitted to the employer.
Accordingly, may we request your good office to release advancement payment, 15%
on the contract amount, exclusively for the cost of mobilization of the above mentioned project.
