More than a dozen works of art were installed around the inside and outside of City Hall, including blackberry-like vines at the main entrance, a sliding metal wall with fern and leaf images and flower bud-like sculptures in a parking area.

A ceramic tile mosaic known as the Water Quilt adorns a wall over one of the centers pools.

Winslow Ferry Terminal


Tracing the Depths, which combines sea sounds and underwater images, lines the terminals loading walkway. Rainbringer, a Northwest native-style totem sculpture, teeters over the High School Road-Madison Avenue intersection. A steel seed-pod inspired sclupture and bench faces Eagle Harbor at the base of Madison Avenue. A length of sidewalk is in the process of being inlaid with large metal and stone rings.
