Draft Resolution - “Commission on Humanitarian Operations Created with Love and Will to

The United Nations Commission on the Status of Women,

Keeping in mind the importance of clothing decisions for woman,

Deeply concerned about the mistreat that them have,

Emphasising the role of religion and social media in clothing decisions,

Reminding the purpose of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against
Women,

Fully aware of proposing solutions based on principles and values,

Declaring that the countries of this bloc will work together for solutions to the problems raised and
for the end of disputes between them,

1. Draws the attention to the implementation of the “Babylon'' proposal, in which we look to
encourage our society to respect women and children through educational campaigns, in
which we will promote education and awareness campaigns to foster a better understanding of
the hijab and its significance, these campaigns should focus on:
a. dispelling misconceptions,
b. addressing stereotypes,
c. and promoting respect for individual choices;

2. Further recommends the “Smart (Simple Action to Reaffirm equity in technology)” to


create an inclusive and diverse environment on social media by banning stereotypes
associated with clothing each gender with the help of six pillars:
a. Research and analysis:
i. Conduct a thorough analysis of existing stereotypes associated with clothing
for each gender on social media platforms,
ii. Identify the most common and their negative impacts in society,
iii. Gather data and feedback from users to understand their experiences and
concerns,
b. Policy development:
i. Collaborate with experts in gender studies, sociology, and psychology to
develop a comprehensive policy,
ii. Ensure the policy is aligned with principles of diversity, inclusion, and
respect for individual expression,
c. Collaboration with social media platforms:
i. Reach out to CEOs of major social media platforms to invite them to the
United Nations and propose to improve their algorithm and implement a ban,
ii. Present the research findings and the developed policy,
iii. Discuss about the necessary funding that the UN and CEOs will provide,
d. User education and awareness:
i. Develop an educational campaign called “Fashion without limits” targeting
social media users to raise awareness about the negative impact of clothing
stereotypes,
ii. We also implement a hashtag in other to make public denounce of harassment
and discrimination,
e. Moderation and enforcement:
i. Establish a moderation team and train them to enforce the ban
ii. Implement reporting mechanisms for users to flag content that perpetuates
stereotypes,
iii. Develop a transparent and efficient review process to address reported cases
promptly,
f. Continuous evaluation and improvement:
i. Regularly assess the impact of the ban on clothing stereotypes through user
feedback, surveys, and data analysis,
ii. Make necessary adjustments to the policy and implementation strategies
based on insights and evolving user needs,
iii. Collaborate with academic researchers working in this field to measure the
long-term effects of the ban on social media;

3. Proposes the implementation of the “Different and Powerful (DAP)” plan which will work
a. Work through media campaigns to promote and normalise religious clothing,
b. This will be mainly directed towards occident nations, where Islam, Judaism and
native women are a minority,
c. This campaign will be implemented in Eastern countries who do not have the updated
information regarding the religion and religious attires;

4. Proposes the “Modesty In Sports” which we will encourage the inclusivity in sports
uniforms, in order to:Work with recognized designer and muslim athletes in order to create
modest options for islamic, jewish, buddhist, and other religious women to wear,
a. Then, the UN will make an statement encouraging international sports organisations
to accept this option,
b. Countries in support of the proposal will also incorporate this clothing as an
acceptable option for sporting events,
c. The use of comfortable, modest and inclusive clothing for female athletes;
5. Encourages the implementation of the “Quzi” on which Establish initiatives to empower
women who wear the hijab,
a. providing them with equal opportunities in:
i. education,
ii. employment,
iii. and public life,
b. Encourage the active participation of hijab-wearing women in various fields,
promoting their leadership roles and representation in decision-making processes;

6. Proposes the “Arabian Nights” plan, which consists of the suggestion to Un member states
to create of a legal framework in order to protect women who belong to religions in which
attire is established, condemning the acts of the ones who breach their freedom of religion,
following this criteria:
a. Governments who perform this kind of acts will be evaluated by the UN and
sanctions and compensate the affected ones by the situation,
b. Citizens who commit these acts will be sanctioned economically or with hours of
public service depending on what the CSW establishes,
c. The Commission on the Status of Women will be in charge of supervising the
countries who decide to adopt this measures;

7. Requests religious nations to change their laws with the aid of the “ No-Code revolution ”
framework by using 5 pillars:
a. Research and analysis:
i. Conduct a thorough study of the legal systems to understand their
characteristics and complexities,
ii. Collaborate with local experts, scholars, to gain insights into the existing
legal framework and the challenges faced by the population,
b. Building partnerships and consensus:
i. Engage in dialogue with government officials, lawmakers, religious leaders,
and influential community members to discuss the need for legal reform,
ii. Foster partnerships with UN WOMEN in order to provide the financing,
c. Drafting and proposing legislation: Assemble a diverse and inclusive team of legal
experts and human rights activists to draft legislation that aligns with “The United
Nations Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against
Women (CEDAW)” while considering the cultural and social context,
d. Public awareness and education:
i. Regularly assess the effectiveness of the implemented legal reforms, seeking
feedback from various stakeholders, including citizens and legal
professionals,
ii. Address any challenges or shortcomings that arise during the implementation
phase, and make necessary adjustments to improve the laws and their
enforcement,
iii. Emphasise ongoing training and professional development for legal
professionals and judges to ensure the proper interpretation and application of
the new laws;
8. Implement the legal framework “MWTCR (Muslim Women traditional clothes
restrictions)” that looks for the development of an international agreement to improve
muslim women situation by applying the following actions,
a. Foreigner muslim women in other countries can wear their religious clothes,
b. Claims to other delegations and international organisations to respect the
sovereignty of islamic countries regarding cloth restrictions and policies they;

9. Proposes the “Modesty In Sports” which will:

for islamic women to wear,
b. Then, the UN will make an statement encouraging international sports organisations
to accept this option,
c. Countries in support of the proposal will also incorporate this clothing as an
acceptable option for sporting events,
d. The use of comfortable, modest and inclusive clothing for female athletes;

10. Decides to remain seized on the matter.
