AFFIDAVIT

I, ANNIE OVALO RIVERA, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Kabatan,


Vincenzo Sagun, Zamboanga del Sur, after being duly sworn to in accordance
with law, depose and state:

1. That, I am the surviving child of the late Isidoro Ovalo and Fermina
Arellano;

2. That as evidence of my legal relation to the deceased, photocopy of


my birth certificate is herein attached;

3. That my parents left a parcel of land under Original Certificate of Title No.
P-4988, containing an area of FORTY NINE THOUSAND ONE
HUNDRED AND FIFTEEN (49,115) SQUARE METERS, situated in
Kabatan, Margosatubig (now Kabatan, Vincenzo Sagun), Zamboanga del
Sur;

5. That until the present time, the said property is still registered in the name
of ISIDORO OVALO under Original Certificate of Title No. P-4988;

7. That, I, ANNIE OVALO RIVERA, shall have exclusive rights over the
parcel of land covered under Original Certificate of Title No. P-4988, being
that the said property is owned by the late ISIDORO OVALO, who I
inherited it from;

8. That, I am executing this affidavit in good faith to attest to truth that there
is no other heir except for the above-named heir of the said deceased
spouses and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.

MAY 2022 in Pagadian City, Philippines.
