yourself made you unique from others. Self-discovery is an essential personal tasks. It
is a keystone to personal development. Knowing you are forms building blocks to
become the person you want to be or you are meant to be.
This learning materials provide you information and activities that will help you
evaluates your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that will help you develop as a whole
person.
At the end of this lesson you are expected to evaluate your own thoughts,

Discover:
Thoughts, feelings, and actions are the only things we can control in life. If we
can manage those we can achieve our goals and gain success in life. Young people turn
out to be very sensitive to criticism, even if it’s intended to be constructive. Many will
carry this sensitivity into their adult lives. That's why it's much better for all concerned
if people can learn to self-evaluate their own thoughts, feelings and actions. They can
do so by asking some simple questions of themselves. We can teach and encourage
them to do so by constantly asking them the same questions in a caring way.
