Rules and Regulations for Registered Student Organizations:
A. As an organization;
1. All student organizations are directly under the general supervision of the Office of the Student Activities
Coordinator.
2. Student organizations should make clear their objectives and the same should be embodied in their constitutions.
No two organizations with exact the same objectives shall be allowed to function in the academy.
3. Only student organizations duly registered with the Office of the Student Activities Coordinator are authorize to
sponsor or conduct activities within the academy.
B. Membership to Clubs/Student Organizations;

1. No learner shall be allowed to become a member of any more than 4 club/student organizations.
2. A learner can serve as President, Secretary or Treasurer in only one club/student organization.
3. Clubs/Student Organizations can hold meetings at the Students’ Conference Hall and conduct activities only
when their faculty adviser/s or his/her authorized representative is personally present. All decisions on any
activity are valid only when approved in writing by the faculty adviser.
4. Prior written approval of a competent authority in the form of a permit shall be necessary before any student
assembly/activity or announced. The application for permit shall not be filed less than three (3) working days.
I acknowledge that failure to adhere to these policies may result in the loss of membership privileges and other
appropriate actions as determined by the Student Activities Coordinator and school officials.
