Dear ...Sam.....................,
My name is Van, and I'd want to introduce myself. Today I'd like to inform you about a
popular Vietnamese meal. That's pho for you. In our country, Vietnam, pho is the most popular
and unique cuisine. Pho is divided into two types: beef and chicken. Pho is a transparent beef
broth served in a bowl with a special cut of white rice noodles and thin slices of meat (steak,
fatty flank, lean flank, brisket). Chicken Pho uses the same spices as beef pho, but the soup is
composed entirely of chicken bones and meat, as well as some internal organs such the heart,
undeveloped eggs, and gizzard. For breakfast, I always have a bowl of hot and spicy Pho. In
Vietnam, mornings are a unique time for pho. Pho is one of my favorite dishes, and I could eat it
every morning without getting bored. Bye-bye.
