Wender Utah Spanish

The Wender-Utah Rating Scale (WURS) is a 61-item questionnaire that assesses symptoms of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder in childhood retrospectively. Respondents indicate the degree to which each statement applied to them as a child on a 5-point Likert scale ranging from "not at all or rarely true" to "very much or very frequently true". The statements cover areas such as inattention, hyperactivity, impulsivity, temper issues, anxiety, academic difficulties, and oppositional behavior. The WURS provides an overall assessment of childhood ADHD symptoms through a comprehensive self-report measure.
