More about this role:
The role is to build, test, deploy and run various Technology solutions in the Sales Domain. This
includes areas of Sales Execution, Perfect Store and TPM platforms. Works both inhouse and with
vendor ecosystem to implement digital capabilities. S/He will have a understanding of Sales Processes
in Modern Trade and/or Traditional Trade markets. S/He will have hands on knowledge on some of
the key domains such as Sales Force Automation, Distributor Management Systems, Merchandizing,
Sales Training & Coaching, Trade Promo Management. S/He will have hands on knowledge of cloud
& mobile Technologies. S/He will have a working knowledge of project management. S/He should
have a growth mindset and will to learn and deliver on the job.
Key Responsibilities:
 Understand current platforms including Sales Force Automation, Distributor Management
System, Sales Execution, eB2B apps, Trade Promo Management and act as
the Handson expert for key platforms.
 Run multiple projects as project manager including training and tracking adoption.
 Manage the automation of testing across key apps.
 Work with BU MDS leads and act as a Business Analyst to map market needs and create
detailed market requirements.
 Partner with internal/ external team during implementation to drive adoption and
change management.
 Conduct training programs to maximize the use of global / regional platforms in alignment to
global standards/ best practices.
 Participate in the community of practice with key users in the market to share best practices
in Tech.
 Work with BU MDS Leads and Markets in managing legacy solutions and manage releases.
 Partner with Data & Analytics team and AMS team to create the right adoption dashboards
and metrics.
 Ensure implementation of privacy compliance practices our systems.
 Drive Master Data quality especially on Customer master data.
 Hands on guidance & troubleshooting on core platforms.

 Manage end to end annual compensation cycle, including salary range setting, finalizing merit
grid, communication plan and ensuring the accurate and timely payout of variable pay.
 Assist in implementing and communicating Total Rewards policies, principles, processes and
programs.
 Develop and/or participate in rewards market surveys to collect and analyze competitive
salary information to determine company's competitive position.
 Co-work with finance team on people cost matters
 Manage all compensation related queries, tasks within the standard SLA.
 Provide consultation to HR Business partners on MDLZ Reward Policies & Principles
 Ensure compensation standards comply with company policies and/or laws and regulations
and help prepare government filings, plan audits, or other tax-reporting requirements.
 Review and approve the appropriate salary grade/band for positions primarily using the Hay
methodology with consideration given to internal slotting and external market data. Lead
development of simple and objective salary grade/band criteria for positions with multi-
grades/bands to ensure internal equity and competitiveness with external market
 Participate in ad hoc compensation-related analysis and requests from different functions
 Support COE in ad-hoc compensation projects for India and AMEA Region.
 Support AMEA My Rewards Lead on region level processes and projects.
 The role will support regional analytics for AMEA working closely with the AMEA My
Rewards Region Lead and Regional COE
 SPOC for all Compensation vendors – for market research.

Education / Certifications:
 Prior Experience in compensation is a must. Any experience in business partnering would be
a plus.
 Quick learner, strong attention to details, good analytical mind and proficiency in MS Office
(Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). Knowledge in Power BI will a plus
 Flexibility to work in ambiguous and fast-paced changing environment.
 Good communication and presentation skills to translate numbers into a meaningful language
for leadership.

As a Product Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the data and analytics initiatives within the
Research and Development (R&D) function of our company.

Your primary responsibility will be to leverage your analytical skills and technical expertise to extract valuable

to gather and analyze data, identify trends, translate findings into actionable strategies and ensure data-

studies, consumer feedback, market trends, and internal databases.
o Identify Data availability & challenge. Determine approach to data ingestion, transformation,
and modeling for analytical products.
o Interpret data analysis results and present actionable insights to stakeholders
 Cross-functional Collaboration:
o Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to gather requirements and
support product development initiatives with data-driven insights.
 Data Management and Visualization:
o Develop and maintain data repositories, databases, and dashboards to store, organize, and
present product-related data.
o Create visually appealing reports, charts, and presentations to effectively communicate
insights to stakeholders.
 Data Governance and Quality Assurance:
o Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency by implementing data governance practices
and performing quality assurance checks on data sets.
o Collaborate with IT and data teams to identify and resolve data-related issues, streamline
data processes, and enhance data accessibility for analytical purposes
