NARRATIVE REPORT ON SLAC SESSION ON THE PRESENTATION AND


CRITIQUING OF ACTION PLAN IN ALL LEARNING AREAS

In pursuant in School Memorandum No. 49 s 2022 given last October

11, 2022, we conducted a SLAC session last October 14, 2022 about the

Presentation and Critiquing of Action Plan of all Learning Areas, attended by

17 out 21 teachers together with our School Head Ma’am Diana T. Tacleon.

The objectives of this activity are to Disseminate the content of the

action plan to all teachers, give importance on the action plan that focus on

learner’s progress and implement the action plan to achieve its goals or

targets.

The SLAC session started at 8:00 in the morning, we used the ICT

room as venue of our activity. The program flows through the conduct of

Ma’aam Joy Mias as our Master of Ceremony. We started the program

through a video presentation of a nationalistic song, followed by a prayer led

by Ma’am Gemma Baltazar. Then we were energized by checking of

attendance facilitated by Leo G. Espinar. We proceed our program by hearing

an Opening Remarks by Ma’am Susan M. Cabarles then followed by Ma’am

Diana T. Tacleon to give us the Statement of Purpose.


The action plan for English was presented by Ma’am Nita C. Banag our

English Coordinator, then followed by Ma’am Melissa R. Padlan our Filipino

Coordinator to present her Action plan in Filipino. Ma’am Jonalyn A. Clemente

present her action plan in Mathematics, Ma’am Jolet V. Cahapay in Araling

Panlipunan, Ma’am Juanita L.Pajanustan in Mother Tongue, Leila C. Bernardo

in Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao, Sir Leo G. Espinar in TLE/EPP, Ma’am Clythe

D. Malonzo in MAPEH, Ma’am Artlene R. Romero in Remedial Programs and

Ma’am Christel Ann R. Moico in Science. Subject Coordinator Teachers are the

one who made and presented their action plans for the subject designated to

them.

After presenting the action plan, Ma’am Diana T. Tacleon discussed to us

the corrections and critique that she listed, the subject coordinators and the

teachers also agreed to her list for the betterment of the program.

We closed the program by hearing the closing remarks given by Ma’am

Marynette D. Orcajada. Attached here at the narrative report are the photos

while we are conducting the SLAC Session.
