    Highlights :

    The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), Occidental Mindoro Provincial


    Statistical Office successfully conducted the opening ceremony on the
    celebration of 32nd Civil Registration Month (CRM) on the 4 th day of February
    2022 on a hybrid platform using zoom application. PSA personnel and Local
    Civil Registry Office (LCRO’s) staff joins the event.

    This is a kick off activity to formally open the month long celebration of the 32 nd
    CRM with this year’s theme “Improving Civil Registration and Vital Statistics
    through Digital Transformation”. This year’s celebration aims to strengthen and
    intensify the commitment and advocacy of the PSA to deliver effective and
    efficient civil registration and vital statistics to the clients and stakeholders.

    Chief Statistical Specialist Ms. Maribel L. Bernardo formally welcomed the


    participants and she thanked everyone especially the partners MCR and staff
    for joining the activity She also mentioned briefly on the upcoming project the
    PhilSys Birth Registration Assistance Project (PBRAP).

    The activity ended by delivering of the closing message by Statistical Specialist II
