3- Chloroplasts : contain tiny small molecules called chlorophyll)
4- Mitochondria : organelles in which energy is released from food)
5- Animal cell: this kind of cell does not have a cell wall or chloroplast)
6- Cell membrane: holds the cell together and let substance pass in and out
7- Cell wall: found only in plant cells. Give cell stiff and rigid shape.
8- Cell theory: all living things are made of cells, cells are the basic units of all
living things, all new cells come from a preexisting cell.
9- Multicellular: animal cells are formed of multiple cells this is called
10- Cytoplasm: jelly like material inside the cell
11- Vacuoles: organelles inside the cell that store food, water and
chemicals.
12- Chlorophyll: inside the chloroplast and allow the plant to store solar
energy
13- Photosynthesis : the process during which the plant use the sunlight
together with water and co2 to produce sugar and oxygen.
14- Organelles: small structures inside a cell
15- Food chemicals: vacuoles store these…..
16- Unicellular: organism like bacteria consisting of only one cell.
17- Robert Hook: First scientist to see a cell with his hand made
microscope.
