INTRODUCION:

Our team consists of team members Aditya Shah from CE-1, Dhruv Shah from CE-1, Saket
Kachchhi from CE-2 and team leader Meet Joshi from CE-1.

Our Project was guided by internal guide Mr. Keyur Suthar.


We have solved problem of unawareness among students who are interested in sports. They
are not having proper information of the competitions and opportunities available to them.
Also, we are solving problem of data handling of concerned group of people such as students,
faculties, admin, etc…

Design Engineering is a general term that covers multiple engineering disciplines including
electrical, mechanical, chemical engineer, aeronautical engineer, civil, Computer
Engineering, Information Technology, and structural/building/architectural engineers. The
uniting concept is a focus on applying the 'engineering design process, in which engineers
develop new products or processes with a primary emphasis on functional utility.

AEIOU CANVAS SUMMARY:

We have selected the domain of Sports management in colleges. In this domain we are going
to the problem of unawareness among students who are interested in sports and database
management. We have selected this domain because of many student faced this problem and
one of our team members have also faced this problem.

We observed that, after talking with the college student and we find out that many of them
are not satisfied with facilities they get and the overall expectation are not fulfilled. The main
problem is that all the sports events are not published and advertised properly in the campus.

MIND-MAPING CANVAS SUMMARY:

In mind mapping techniques, we categorize our data into five parts consisting of location,
cost, users, resources and activities. In location we describe about where and when our app
can be used. also discuss about the cost aspects of our app. other mentions are the users of our
app and how they will use it and activities that can be performed using the software.
Resources are the
Things which will be required to make this software.

EMPATHY MAPPING CANVAS SUMMARY:

In empathy mapping canvas, the users are student as they are the main part of the project-
as sports opportunity has to be increased for them, faculties like sports directors and
teachers as they manage the whole organization and implementing of sport events. Also
available for any sportsperson outside any institution.

Stakeholders are the one who have the majority of control over software.

In activities we discussed about the opportunities that students can avail through our
software, students achievements and winners records that will be stored in database. Users
will be provided with all updates of ongoing and upcoming sports events.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT CANVAS SUMMARY:

The main purpose of the project is to spread the awareness among the students about
sports events, create a better database management for the institution focusing sports and
to have more participation due to an organized event.

Several features like updated headline notifications, credit scores of students, hall of fame
and event registration tickets, etc.. can be provided.

Other ideas like chat box, credit certificates has been avoided for temporary purposes.
These can be updates in future versions of the software from permission of concerned
authorities.

IDEATION CANVAS SUMMARY:

An engineering college student was searching a PG or hostel for his accommodation with all
facilities. Due to lack of Information, searching a PG or hostel with good amenities was

difficult.so, for this type of people who want the nice Pg and hostel without westing more
time our app will help them.
Due to college in new city, a girl was searching for a hostel or PG with good security and
amenities. After long duration of searching, she was not able to know about all hostels which
provides privacy and security to girls. The problem when a girl finding Pg that their security
and privacy should be there, and we ensure that the Pg and hostel we provide is best for girls
also.

CONCLUSION:

Through this we conclude these points:

1. There is no dedicated service for sports management in institutes


2. A better approach can be creating a software hat can handle all the data and give
users a hands-on experience.
3. It is seen that sports committee finds it difficult to manage student record who are
enrolled in sports.
4. The software can create an awareness amongst enthusiastic students to participate
in such activities.
5. This project can help to increase number of participation in several competitions.
