    Sir,
    I myself Adv Shweta Santosh Upadhyay Daughter of Shri Santosh Ram
    Ajour Upadhyay resident of B-3/001,kashigoan,agarwal green village,Mira
    road,Mumbai-40107, I do hereby serve you with the following notice,the
    contents of which are set forth herein below:-
    1- The you were married to me about 1 year and 6 months ago at 2nd May
    2022, According to Hindu rites and ceremonies in the presentces of friends,
    Relatives and family members of both the parties.

    2-That after the marriage you and i lived together as husband and wife and
    cohabited with each other in my matrimonial house.

    3- That at the time of solemnzation of this marriage my parents had given
    you sufficient dowry articles to you as you depended more after you
    marriage.At the time of marriage your family lied about house and fainacial
    stability.

    4- That after the marriage you and your family attitude towards me was
    very rude and indifferent from the very beginning and you always forced me
    to fulfilled your impractical demands time to time. Your mother always
    taunted me and my parents and also said if you have to stay at your
    metrimonial house the you have bear all the atrocities and cruelity.

    5- That above said mother is black mailing my family members. You and
    your family members threating to me and refused to returned my
    Streedhan under the hindu marriage act of 1956 and also the given dowry
    articles under the dowry prohibition act 1961 of IPC.

    6- That you have deserted me heance i am not interested to live with you
    anymore. if any how i join your family then you and your family would cause
    me death or harm which cannot be compensate with money hence,i want
    to dissolve this marriage immediately.

    I, therefore, call upon through this legal notice to execute the divorce deed
    and papers etc, dissolving this marriage immediately within a periods of 15
    days to return my money which was giving as dowry articles and streedhan
    from the date of receipt of this legal notice, failing shall constrained to file
    appropriate proceedings against you and your family in the court of law in
    that event you shall be responsible for all cost,risk and responsibilities
    which you note well.

    A copy of this legal notice is with me for record and further necessary
    action.
