Content: After loan closure one will never receive NOC or Closure Certificate from them. Customer
support will keep on nagging saying it will take 7days to process the NOC. Those 7days will not arrive
even after months. To top it with this, email to support will bounce back from server saying wrong ID.
So basically once you close the loan you'll never receive any type of confirmation of the same. It
affects whenever you try to apply for some other loans like housing or car. So beware before diving in
with LK.
