"Opportunities are born from a change in the state of delivery" - ICT

OB is a change in the state of delivery. It's not directly related to the candle itself but instead
signifies a change in market behavior from the buyside to the sellside, or vice versa. This shift
becomes apparent when the opening price of a candle is broken, indicating a change in the
market's direction and a shift in focus toward either buyside or sellside liquidity.
