conduits, GENTEX brand non-plastified rigid
fire-resisting UPVC wireways and fittings posses
the following characteristics:

1. High pressure intensity: they are capable of

GENTEX UPVC Casing

This is a unique product made from a special UPVC compound. Both the
screen and the casing are available in a diameter of 63mm to 250mm
with Trapezoidal Thread flush joint and 6mm pitch.

GENTEX UPVC Screen

Like the casing the Gentex screen is made
from UPVC formulated to give maximum
compressive strength, stability and resistance

over long terms use. Open area and 1mm slot,
width of the screen are 81% approx. Gentex
range has been developed to offer a standard
screen for all the conditions.

Gentex HDPE Pipes

We have the most modern plant producing PE
pipes ranging from 20mm to 450mm. We can
also produce multi layer PE pipes on request.

Because of their perfect elasticity. GENTEX PE

pipes can turn upto a radius of 20-35 times their
outer diameter.

Other types of pipes can only turn 110 and 220

degrees by using elbows and fittings.
Gentex PE pipes can turn these angles without
elbow or another fitting, which results in huge
savings in time and material.

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF HDPE PIPE

Flexibility The flexibility of HDPE pipe allows it to curved under,over or around obstacles as well as
directional changes. In some cases, the flexibility of HDPE pipe reduces the need for fittings
& saves installation costs. It can be bent to a minimum radius of 20 to 40 times the pipe diameter

Life Expectancy The hydrostatic design basis of HDPE pipe is based on extensive testing data evaluated &
standardized by industry methods. HDPE has a projected life expectancy of 50 years transporting
water at 30 deg C.

Lightweight It is lighter than Mild steel, Stainless steel, Concrete & Cast iron.
It is easier to handle & install as compared to above materials. Density = .95kg/cm2

Pressure Ratings Depending on size & application, HDPE pipes as available in PN-2.5, PN-4, PN-6, PN-8, PN-10,

Toughness HDPE has low notch sensitivity, high tear strength & excellent scratch &
abrasion resistance.

UV Protection Black HDPE pipe containing 2 to 2.5% carbon black can be safely stored outside in the sun without
damage from UV exposure.
Coiled Pipe HDPE pipe is available in coil form upto 100mtrs in single length in sizes Ø 20mm to Ø 90mm .

Leak Proof Leak tight. Heat-fused joints create a homogenous, monolithic system. The fusion joint is as
strong or stronger than the HDPE pipe itself.
Jointing Polyethylene pipe is normally joined by heat fusion. Butt, socket, create a joint that is

 PE CORRUGATED PIPE

GENTEX Corrugated pipe is produced as self-sleeved from ID225 to ID800 diameter size in
SN4 and SN8 classes. As it is produced self-muffed in all diameter sizes, it does not need
extra sleeves and it is labour-saving. It is made of PE material therefore, resistant to cor-
rosion, and durable against abrasion and it has excellent resistance against chemicals, so
it is an ideal product for long life sewer systems. Corrugated pipes are joint using muffed
gaskets or sleeves

PP-R for HOT COLD water supply system
Plumbing is one of the most important activities in the
construction of any building. Conventional plumbing
systems like galvanized iron, are associated with
many problems such as corrosion, bulkiness , high
installation costs, chemical reactivity and short life
spans. More importantly, due to corrosion, harmful
substances, such as zinc oxide mix with the water
and cause a health harzard.

Due to health concerns and corrosion, we have

introduced a more advanced and superior system,
PP-R Piping system for hot and cold water supply.
This is an ideal solution for Domestic purposes. It
has very good resistance to chemical corrosion,
a low thermal conductivity, thereby the overall
operational cost is reduced. An important aspect of
this PP-R system is, it does not have any negative
biological effects and henceforth more hygienic.

limestone and other deposits cannot form henceforth there is no scaling or

Assembly Instructions
The connection between pipes and fittings should be connected by thermo-welding joint.
The connection between metal pipe and watering pipe should be connected by pipe fitting with metal table joint.
Thermo-welding joint must be carried out according to technical data or regulation, don’t’ rotate pipes and fittings
during heating and cutting. It should be inserted directly into thermo-welding.
