casting components for both HMLV (High Mix Low Volume) and LMHV (Low
Mix High Volume) production since 1974.

Two shift operations which are 8.00am to 4.15pm and 8.00pm to 4.15am

4.3 Storage of scheduled wastes Note:


Quantity store not exceed 20 metric
tonne and keep not more than 180 days

All scheduled wastes are stored at sheltered


storage area and built-in secondary

4.4 Transportation of scheduled waste

Ensure that all the scheduled waste are sealed or


properly closed to avoid any leakage or spillage.

The drivers were provided with information on


“Waste Card” in according to 7th Schedule,
Regulation 13 of the EQSWR 2005

4.5 Disposal of scheduled waste Waste generator issue e-consignment note before
collection.

Waste contractor update the e-consignment after


reached their facilities safely for disposal or treatment.

After disposal or treatment, waste contractor must


update e-consignment for closure.

Must be done within 30 days from the date of delivery.

5.1 Scheduled waste record keeping data

Waste generator keep an accurate and up-to


date inventory data record on transaction of
scheduled waste according to 5th Schedule,
Regulation 11 of the EQSWR 2005.
