1. Original License
2. NOF Certificate certified by Statutory Auditor as on date of application for renewal
3. Copy of the latest audited accounts with a certificate from Statutory Auditors certifying the Net Owned Funds as on
date
4. Confidential Report from banker / bankers in a sealed cover
5. A declaration to the effect that no proceedings have been initiated by / are pending with the Directorate of
Enforcement (DoE) / Directorate or revenue Intelligence (DRI) or any other law enforcing authorities, against the
applicant company or its directors and that no criminal cases are initiated / pending against the applicant company or
its directors
6. A copy of the KYC/AML/CFT policy framework existing in the company
7. Details of Turnover for last two financial years
8. Copy of last inspection observation with compliance for the same, if applicable
9. Statutory auditor certificate certifying that the FFMC has complied with KYC/AML/CFT guideline, maintained
required NOF on continuous basis, Concurrent audit and internal control systems are working satisfactorily.

10. Concurrent audit reports for the last financial year till date of application
11. Details regarding C-KYC registry submission to CERSAI
12. Details of registration of FFMC and Principal Officer with FIU-IND and details of CTR/STR filings since last
inspection, if any
13. Declaration by the Director(s) regarding any sister/ associate concerns working in financial sector, like NBFCs
14. Certificate by Statutory Auditor that the FFMC has not undertaken any activities pertaining to NBFCs and are not
required to be registered as an NBFC under section 45-IA of RBI Act, 1934
