Access Employees' Growth Portfolio from Performance


Management Forms
As an administrator, you can now enable participants of a performance review to view the employee's Growth Portfolio through
links on the form.

You can show the link in the Actions dropdown menu that appears in the Route Map section and the top right of the form. You
can also add the link to the description of any form section.

We developed this feature so that users, while working on a form, can easily view the employee's competencies, skills, and other
attributes to help with their reviews.

Con guration Requirements


You've upgraded to Talent Intelligence Hub.

You've enabled the Growth Portfolio.

Role-Based Permission Prerequisites


You have the Administrator Manage Form Templates Comprehensive template con guration for PMv12 permission.

You have the Administrator Manage Form Templates Form Templates permission.

Users have the User Manage Growth Portfolio and Attributes Library Settings View Portfolio permission.
