    Roles and Responsibilities:
     Creating the environment for Implementation of CyberArk v9.8 Privileged account
    security solution.
     Verifying all the components in CyberArk have met the prerequisites for the upgrade.
     Run book preparation for upgrading all the components, validating the run book with
    vendor.
     Preparing the implementation plan for DR maintenance with run book.
     Upgrading all the PAS components such as EPV, CPM, PVWA, PSM and DR.
     Implementing the upgrade on all regions by taking the physical backup for the vault and
    other components of CyberArk.
     Working on BAU activities of CyberArk after the upgrade.
     Generating the health check reports of the servers.
     Onboarding the service accounts, server administrator and local admin accounts into
    CyberArk.
     Managing PSM connection components.
     Deploying PSM connectors in the environment.
     Provisioning the users with safe access control permissions.

    Roles and Responsibilities:
     Install and configuring CyberArk components EPV,CPM,PVWA,PSM
     Managing the issues for user accounts such as account lockout, password reset User
    creation / modification / deletion.
     Responsible for privileged User account administration of various Windows and
    UNIX accounts using CyberArk components.
     Linux or Windows maintenance with zero down time
     Configuring Master Policy.
     Hands on experience in creating Safes, platforms and automatic on-boarding of
    accounts
     Responsible for troubleshooting, evaluating and identifying user case issues
     Manage operations of CyberArk components, and perform maintenance of the same.
     Fine tuning existing CPM and PVWA policies depending on changing environment.
     Provide support during severity issues
     Activating and suspending users based on the approval from managers and Clients
     Running Audits on Password Management
     Setting the password parameters depending on user requests
     Using Bulk Upload Utility for Account On-boarding, Platform Management and
    Password Management
     Check the application services in the application servers and ensure that they are
    running perfectly to ensure proper functionality
     Validate if there is any normal user account is disabled in AD and its corresponding
    privilege account to be also deactivated
     Ensuring that we send notifications emails to the owners in case of password expiry
    an rotation of service accounts
