     Warranty: 20 years of Warranty after the Date of Substantial Completion as specified in the Specification.
     Duration of the Project: 90 days after receiving the Purchase order and advance payment.
     Sub Steel Frame behind GRC is Excluded from the above price and we are not liable for its installation
