DAILY ENROLLMENT REPORTING AND ON-SITE MONITORING OF EARLY

REGISTRATION ACTIVITIES FOR SY 2023-2024

All Others Concerned

1. Pursuant to Division Memorandum No. 241, s. 2023 Re: Conduct of

Early Registration all public and private schools are hereby advised to
accomplish the daily enrollment reporting via the data capturing template
provided by School Governance and Operations Division-Planning and
Research Section.

2. Early Registration daily enrollment reporting should be done via early

registration template in the Learner Information System (LIS) school
account and also through this link https://tinyurl.com/2023EarlyRegs.

3. Onsite monitoring of early registration activities will be done on the following

dates:

a. May 15, 2023,

b. May 22, 2023, and
c. May 29, 2023

4. Enclosed are the List of Division Monitoring Team, and the Monitoring
Tool for your ready reference.

5. It is strictly advised to follow the health protocols as mandated by the IATF

during the implementation of this activity.

Planning Officer at 544-2202.
