    Responsibilities:
    As an Acting Assistant Secretary, I’m proud to improve teachers’ discipline, quality of
    teaching, and welfare, my main responsibilities are as follows but are not limited to,
    • Employment and registration of new and continuous teachers, I make sure they
    fill in job contracts, report to their workstations, and continuously follow up.
    • Allocation and reallocation of teachers in schools based on the needs and
    experience
    • Confirmation of teachers after their probation period
    • Promotion and demotion of teachers
    • Plan, prepare and implement capacity building for the teachers
    • Prepare a retirement plan for the teachers.
