Read the following text and answer the questions below.

Mountains are one of the most fascinating geographical features on Earth. They come in various shapes
and sizes, and they can be found on every continent. Mountains are formed through tectonic processes,
where Earth's lithosphere is forced upward, creating towering peaks.

One well-known mountain range is the Himalayas, located in South Asia. The Himalayas boast some
of the world's highest peaks, including Mount Everest. These majestic mountains not only provide
breathtaking scenery but also play a crucial role in regulating the climate and supporting diverse
ecosystems.

Another remarkable geographical feature is the Great Barrier Reef, situated off the northeast coast of

Matt?
