About timelimit password

In order to protect the interests of the agents, we make use time

limit at the machine, will be staging the restrictions on the use of time.

Unit is 240 hours, first limit time stage is 240 hours, second is 480 ……

The limit stage have two kinds.

One is 8 stage 1920 hours is last limit password.

Another one is 24 stage 5760 hours is last limit password.

How to add the timelimit password:

1. For new machine:

(1) Get the machine ID:

(2) Send the id to us and tell us what stage kinds you want. We

will make right password and send to you.

(3) Input the password:

Start the printermanager , click tools—password:

Then input the match time limit password to time password is

ok.(new machine first input first password(240 hours) is ok.

2. For used machine:

If the machine use some time:

(1) Check the Elapsed time, step like get id, click help – about

(2) Get the id. Like new machine

(3) Choice right password, for example: if the machine elapsed

time is 1103 hours, so you need input big than this time

password( is 1200)

When the last limit time elapsed, you need input the permanent

password, and when you want change 8 stage to 24 stage, just tell us the

id, we will prolong to 24 stage.

And when the time limit not finish(elapsed), you can input the

permanent password to remove the time limit. Buts, you can not add

time limit again.
