I.Introduction

Proposed Name of the Project

“Crispy Malunggay chips” is the proposed product .It is made with real malunggay leaves.
Moreover, this is deep fried in oil to become the “Crispy Malunggay Chips” and enhance its own
taste. It is not just a usual chips, it contains a lot of nutrients and anti-oxidant. This chip will
surely be loved by those people who love to eat new twist of chips, because this will serve as a
healthy alternative snacks.

Crispy Malunggay Chips is a small business of the group 5. Crispy Malunggay Chips is not just a
usual chip, it contains a lot of nutrients and anti-oxidant, this is snack are we desire to
implement a business crispy malunggay chips that will sustain the good health many student.
This chip will surely be loved by those people who love to eat new twist of chips, because this
will serve as a healthy alternative snacks. This business plan will lay out our goal and task to
make this project successful and create enough market shares to succeed in this highly
competitive market.

The Business Goals: Vision, Mission, Objectives and Performance Targets

Vision:

To be the most profitable finger food business through a quality made malunggay chips and
serve more customers with delicious product.

Mission:

To offer reasonably priced quality malunggay, increase customer satisfaction and prepare it in a
clean environment.

Objectives:

•To provide quality healthy food at reasonable price with exemplary service

•To be the best selling malunggay chips business in Lumbocan National High School

•To attract more customers and sell more malunggay chips.

Performance Targets

The business in the field of food, dishes and snacks are booming at the moment. In order to
achieve a defendable position in this environment, malunggay chip must concentrate on the
following tasks:
•Secure that there is an increase of sales and better than the previous one.

•Expand our customer based on the location of the business to retain a sufficient level of
profitability.

The Business Offering and Justification

Malunggay chip offers a comprehensive package of services designed to allow the client to
work with one another. Some of the services malunggay chips are:

•site preparation

•cook

•utility installation

•seller

II. Executive Summary

Crispy malunggay chips will offer a reasonably priced quality malunggay chips,for only chocho.
The business will be managed and operated by its proponents, Leonardo gacad, Jena Suco,
Jeomar Anasco, Marjhun Andrada and Jun Carl Dumo, during its launching date on August 21-
22 on this year in lined with the Intramurals of Lumbocan National High School. It is located in
Purok 1 Lumbocan butuan City, band the site is a nice location because it covers a large number
of customers and consumers. The estimated income is ₱700 in total and the gross profit will be
₱200 when it is subtract by the operating costs which is ₱500.

The proponents of this project/business are the Group 5, which includes Leonardo Gacad, Jena
Suco, Jeomar Anasco, Marjhun Andrada and Jun Carl Dumo. The following proponents will
present widely the capabilities of the business.

We will be concentrating on the customers that will provide us with the greatest profit, in other
words those customers desiring to taste Crispy Malunggay Chips.
Our product covers a large number of customers. The target customers of Crispy Malunggay
Chips are the students, athletes, teachers, staffs and personnel of Lumbocan National High
School. This school is sorrounded by a sufficient size of target customers, sufficient paying
capacity, and has sufficient interest to purchase the product being offered by our business.
