WORKING EXPERIENCES
In charge of Treasury and Markets (T&M) Regional Expansion for the various markets namely Taiwan, Indonesia,
India, China and Hong Kong. Furnish strategical plans that are customised for each markets, yet allowing reusability
in the solutions. Overseeing the group's overall bonds businesses on digital platforms, especially digimarkets.
Procure budget for the execution of bond projects from senior managements. Established a strong network of
relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Reached out to potential clients and procured 5 new clients to the company, with a total revenue of about 1.8M
across all projects. Created a whole new pre-sales deck for the ease of presentation to clients. Orchestrated logistical
planning for workshops, both internationally and locally. Mastermind the blueprint of the build to ensure smooth
and seamless execution of our delivery to clients.
My duties include liaising and managing both internal and external shareholders, both ranging from middle to C-
suite level management, on a daily basis. Initiate and formulate new business strategies for collaborative
opportunities between partnering bank (UOB) and Prudential. Actively participated and contributed ideas for
projects and campaigns which were successfully rolled out in the bank’s branches islandwide throughout Singapore.
Spearheaded innovations within individual segment to promote stronger teamwork culture. Identifying issues with
daily process and presenting solutions to smoothen delivery. Engage partners to maintain a solid working
relationship. Providing vital support to partners to ensure seamless sales process. Aside from working on improving
relationship and business with my bank partners, I am also involved in enhancing my company’s daily operation
through innovation. Doing market analysis together with our product team to further enhance our product series.
This would include the design of the product features as well as the campaign and marketing launch. I’m currently,
working with a dedicated group of people to come up with ideas and solution to increase the efficiency and revenue
for the overall business.
Account Manager
My role includes prospecting and visitations of agents and FAs to conduct marketing presentations and build
relations. Identify new business opportunities and strategize new campaigns for fresh sales revenue on the portfolio.
Handle intermediary quotations, enquiries and see through closure of deal. Initiate and develop action plans and
strategies to achieve targeted results on allocated existing portfolios and tackle loss ratio issues. Establishing strong
rapport for long-term relationships externally and internally to facilitate development of a profitable business and
delivery of excellent service standards. Leading effective marketing campaigns and implementation of marketing
strategies and initiatives to promote Company branding. Oversee all digital marketing campaigns launched by the
company.

My responsibilities include looking at improvement of the current processes, formulating and executing initiatives to
enhance these processes. It encompasses monthly reporting and ad-hoc projects to management and senior
management. Liaise closely with sales team in support of their business building initiatives. Provide overview &
strategy on each case submission. Liaise with insurers/relevant parties on documentation and maintain good record
keeping. Update progress on pending case report and inforce list. Liaise on clients' travel
reimbursement/commission payment/referral fee payment. Ensure application/premium payment fulfills internal

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I held leadership position throughout my academic years. I was the class monitor in primary school, a student
councilor in my secondary school. During which, I was also the Treasurer and junior mentor in my CCA, Guitar
Ensemble. I have participated in the student committee in polytechnic, was nominated and held the position of the
head of programs department whereby I had to collaborate with other head of departments for freshman orientation
planning and organizing.
I am also proactive and take pride in every single thing that I commit myself to do. I have been elected to represent
my department, to be the Office 365 led champion. Whereby I pioneer in testing and learning the different programs
launched by Microsoft for the company, assist in the company’s transition to the new platform by coaching the
heads of different departments together with Microsoft team. I am also actively involved in improving my
company’s daily operation process and customer’s experience. Currently, I’m working with a team to innovate more
solutions that will enhance our business model and the way we work. I also believe in giving back to the
community. I’ve raised my hands in my company’s volunteer event to educate children of Financial Literacy (Cha-
Ching), as well as reached out to the seniors in Old folks home to ensure constant engagement during the CB period.
As learning is something that I am passionate about, I am constantly looking to take up new languages or pick up
new skills as I like to keep my mind active and be challenged constantly. I strongly believe in progression and
dislike stagnation, thus I always strive to better myself every time. My past time is to pick up a new language
whenever possible and I’m currently learning Japanese. I hope to be able to speak fluently as I hope to travel to
Japan again when the coast is clear for flying since I missed all the good food and shopping there.
During this post pandemic season, I started picking up new information from online classes that helped to upskill
myself. I have since added Agile Methodologies as well as DevOps into my knowledge bank. I am looking to
advance my understanding of big data management/Analytics with AWS and Python.
I aim to have a work-life balance whereby I go by the motto “work hard, play hard”. So when I work and have truly
accomplish my task well, I’d reward myself with vacation or a good short ‘me’ time whenever I can.
REMUNERATION EXPECTATION
My current monthly salary is SGD$12,500, with transportation allowances of $800 for Business Sales Review with
partners. I am looking at a salary of SGD$15,000.
