ATD(Actual Time of Department): cái ngày phía dưới cuối

A/N(Arrival Note): thông báo hàng đến ai( nhìn vô phần Notify party), trống thì là Consignee
ETD(Estimated Time of Department): ngày mà Consignee có thể nhận đc hàng
CY/CY (Container Yard-to-Yard): the responsibility of the shipping line begins at the load port
and ends at the discharge port
CY/CY = Full Container Load (FCL)
CFS/CFS (Container Freight Station): a type of steamship-line service where cargo is transported
between container freight stations

CFS/CFS = Less than Container Load (LCL)


CFS/CY: the cargo is consolidated/grouped at CFS at the Origin port(LCL) but at the destination,
the delivery of the container happens at a Container Yard(FCL)
CY/CFS: the cargo is picked up from the Container Yard at the Origin port(FCL) but delivered to
a CFS at the destination port(LCL)
TEU( Twenty foot equivalent unit): 20 Feet, sức chứa hàng hoá của tàu
DT(Displacement Tonnage)
DWT( Deadweight tonnage): trọng tải con tàu

LOA(Length Over All): Distance from the bow to the stern


BE(Breadth Extreme): the straight line is btw the 2 broadest points of the ship’s wall
RT(Register Tonnage)

Sea transportation
Features:
-The carriage of cargo/passengers inside a nation’s territory(lãnh thổ 1
nước)/from this nation to another by sea.
-No. 1 position in international transport

Pros/Advantages:
-Natural waterways
-Low freight
-Large capacity
-Low fuel consumption, suitable for transporting a majority of goods
Cons/Drawbacks:
-Slow speed ->longer time
-Being subject to natural & maritime conditions
Material technical basis:
Transport route: the route btw 2/more ports where ships carry
passengers/cargo.
-Period route: tuyến đã đc vạch sẵn/ định tuyến
-Non-period route: đc thiết kế tuyến riêng theo nhu cầu
-Special route: qua các kênh đào lớn

Surrendered Bill chỉ áp dụng cho Straight B/L, “Telex Release”

lệnh(Order b/l) cần chữ kí hậu.

Issuing day= ngày tàu chạy=ngày thuyền trưởng cấp bill cho shipper
17. When did the carrier receive cargo from the shipper?
Là ngày cut-off time, ko có trên B/L
18. For FCL shipment, which will the Freight be calculated based on?
Container size and route, along with the chassis fee
19. For LCL shipment, what will the Freight be calculated based on?
Volume, usually in CBM, weight, the more space you need, the more you pay
