    AMC WONDERCUT™

    LUBRICANTS & CUTTING OILS

    Description
    AMC WONDERCUT™ is a high performance extreme pressure cutting oil Advantages
    which can be used when drilling with diamond core bits, through hard,
    • Economical
    abrasive formations. AMC WONDERCUT™ contains extreme pressure
    lubricating agents which will help to cool diamond bits, facilitate
    • Easily mixed into most environments
    improved production rates, extend bit and ream life, reduce rod torque
    and help eliminate rod vibration.
    • Effective in fresh, acidic, mildly hard saline environments

    Application • Increases production rates

    AMC WONDERCUT™ is an environmentally friendly cutting oil which


    • Improves bit and reamer life
    provides excellent performance in virtually all water types ranging
    from fresh to brackish bore water, to low pH (acidic) mine waters.
    • Helps eliminate rod chatter in diamond core drilling
    AMC WONDERCUT™ is highly effective when re-circulated mine
    water is being used in underground drilling. Consider treating out
    • Compatible with most water based products
    the contaminants with a suitable water conditioning agent.

    • Environmentally acceptable.
    Typical Physical Properties
    Appearance: Amber liquid with slight odour
    pH (0.1 % Solution): ± 8.5 – 9.5
    Solubility in water: Miscible

    Recommended Treatment
    AMC WONDERCUT™ can be applied directly into the sump, rod line or to
    a batching tank. AMC WONDERCUT™ should be totally homogenized into
    a system to ensure maximum performance

    AMC WONDERCUT™ can be applied at 2.0 L – 7.5 L / 1000 L of makeup


    water or applied with an injection pump or drip feed into the pump water
    at 1.0 – 1.5 L per hour. Change the dosage thereafter as required to fine
    tune performance.

    Please Note: Several factors will dictate the most appropriate concentration
    rate. Please contact your nearest AMC representative for optimum results.
