Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above-named accused, with intent to gain, did then and there willfully, unlawfully, and feloniously take, steal, and carry away a BMW 3.261 4-door sedan color black, bearing a plate no. TVL 297, which belongs to one AB CORP represented by JOHN LESACA, without its consent and against its will.
