This action research employed the descriptive-survey method of research in

discussing and analyzing the answers of the three research questions posted.

The participants of the study were the 150 total enumerations of Bantugan

National High School students which have the lowest mean rating for the first

quarter which was also served as the pilot section for the study and the Science

Department composed of 11 teachers and 1 head teacher.

Sheet, Numeracy Tool, etc.)

b. Data Gathering Methods

For action research question number 1: The 1st quarter grades were

collected from the subject teachers to get the mean and PL of the students per

section.

a. Research Dissemination Plan – how will you inform others regarding

the result of this research? the proponent will present the result of this action

research to school head and to stakeholders during conferences, meetings and

assemblies upon completion of this task. If given a chance, the result will be

presented in an international, national, regional, division and school research

forum/conferences.

b. Data Utilization Plan – where will you use the data/result of this study?

data from this initiative will be used in crafting project proposal which will form

part of the 2023 Annual Implementation Plan, School Improvement Plan and

school policy formulation.
