Self-extinguishable cellulosic fabric treated by using spinach leave

juice to substitute synthetic flame retardant chemicals.

Spinach juice extracted from spinach leave is excellent flame retardant of both control and
treated fabrics and has a medium price in the international market, being the best vegetal juice.
Besides the flame retardant characteristics, Spinach leave is equivalent nutrient food. The
recovery of essential spinach juice is the value added product because the quality of the juice is
delay fire accident. A large number of organic and inorganic flame retardant materials
containing phosphorus and non-phosphorus compounds are mostly popular in the textile
industry due to their excellent fire retardant property and wash durability.

2. SALT FREE DYEING OF COTTON FABRIC WITH REACTIVE DYE BY

TREATMENT WITH FIBRION WASTE

The coloration of cotton textiles is an important process for ornamenting the textile to
emphasize the appearances and marketing potential. Cotton dyeing requires more amounts of
common salt as an exhausting agent so as to penetrate the dye molecules into the interior
structure of cotton and therefore the used common salt is not fully consumed within the
process and drained as waste and makes more load within the effluent treatment process.
Hence an idea has been made to reduce the load of effluent treatment and the problem to the
environment use of an enormous amount of sodium chloride is replaced with the fibroin
Hydrolysate solution extracted from the silk cocoon. The fibroin Hydrolysate protein will be
extracted from the thrown away wastes of fibroin using the hydrolysis reaction process.
3. REMOVAL OF METHYLBLUE DYE (COLOR) FROM
WATER USING ORANGE AND BANANA PEELS

Presence of dyes in the aquatic systems has become a serious environmental problem. Based on
this idea, focusing the environmental issue and economic point of view, the use of low cost and
eco-friendly bio adsorbents were investigated for removing the textile dyes from wastewater. In
this paper natural adsorbent banana and orange peel will be used for removal of color from
waste effluent of textile industry.

4. COMPOSITE DECKING PRODUCED RECYCLED WOOD

AND PLASTIC

The use of composite decking produced by recycled wood and plastic on textiles has become a
matter of significant importance. This may be due to the increased environmental awareness.
Like the drossy (bullshit) or garbage that can harm the living organism starting from animal
plants and human being. In addition, this avoids some hazardous long lived material used in our
day to day life specially the one that lives the water body round. an attemp will be make to
determine the better composition. The composition used will be extracted from different plant
wood like eucalyptus (bahrzaf) and plastic which helps the material not to be rust and produce
a hole up on the body during the life time by withstanding any external issues.
