The notice requirements provided for in the “Open Public Meetings Act” have
been satisfied. Notice of this meeting was properly given in a notice which was
transmitted to the Times of Trenton and the Trentonian, filed with the Clerk of the
Township of Ewing and posted in the Ewing Township Municipal Complex, all on
the 4th day of January, 2007.

THE FISCAL YEAR 2007-2008 (2007)

For A 2008 Recreational Opportunities for Individuals With Disabilities
Grant Sponsored by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs.

2. A Resolution Authorizing the Award of A Bid and A Fair and Open Contract
For The Replacement of Three Rooftop Air Conditioning Units, Repairs and
Upgrades of the Johnson Control System and Maintenance For Five Years
On the Air Conditioning System In The Municipal Building To Thermal
Piping Division of GBI, Inc. In the Amount of $256,100.00.

3. A Resolution Authorizing the Township of Ewing To Submit A Grant


Application To The New Jersey Department of Transportation Municipal
Aid Trust Fund Program For FY 2008 For The Reconstruction of Riverview
Drive.

4. A Resolution Approving a Place To Place Transfer (Extension of Premises)
