Dear Sir,
Please find the site issues and observations as stated below.

1. Delayed delivery of Installation material at site (SR-027):

It has come to our attention that CMEC has not delivered the installation material i.e. cable
(20x1.0mm & 24x1.0mm) for laying up to RTU and the SIC cabinet. Moreover, the delay in delivery of
cable conduit has also delayed the schedule for the subject works. Employer, Consultant and CMEC
representative were present to witness the installation of subject work dated Dec 11, 2023. CMEC’s
inadequate manpower was observed resulting in slower progress.
