FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2024-25

PROSPECTUS - TTWR COE CET-2024

On-line applications are invited for admission into Intermediate 1 st year in
Centers of Excellence (COE) Colleges functioning under the control of Telangana Tribal
Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society, Hyderabad (TTWREIS). The
TTWREIS is providing intensive coaching for IIT, NEET and other entrance tests for
admission into National wide prestigious Institutions through Centers of Excellence
(COEs).

Eligibility:
 The students, who are appearing for SSC Public Examination in March -
2024 / 10th class from ICSE / CBSE on regular basis, are eligible to apply.
The students, who will pass SSC in March, 2024 / 10th class from
CBSE/ICSE during the academic year 2023-24 on regular basis are eligible
for admission into Intermediate in COE Junior Colleges. No
supplementary student is eligible for admission into COEs.

 The annual income of the parent should not exceed Rs.2,00,000/- per
annum (for Urban area) and Rs.1,50,000/- (for Rural area). Income
certificate issued by concerned MRO to this extent should be submitted
at the time of admission.

 The students from Telugu Medium (OR) English Medium in 10th class are
eligible for the entrance test.

 The age of the students should not exceed 19 years as on 31.08.2024.

 The students should produce all relevant original certificates at the time
of admission and then only the admission will be confirmed.

All the seats in Science groups (MPC & BPC) of all the COE institutions are
reserved for ST candidates as per the state population.

PHC: 2.5% of overall seats shall be reserved to the Physically Handicapped

(Orthopedically handicapped, Hearing impaired and Visually
handicapped, Loco - motor disabled) students irrespective of caste,
who can attend their work without anybody’s help based on the
certificate issued by the Medical Board.
Note: Without entrance examination, The PVTG students can take
admission at in TTWR COE PVTG (Girls) Hayathnagar, TTWR COE PVTG
(Boys) Hayathnagar for Science and Arts groups based on their merit
(GPA) obtained in SSC Public Exams – March 2024. A separate
notification will be issued for admission into PVTG COEs after
declaration of SSC Public examinations – March 2024 results.

Admission procedure / Selection process:

 The applicant must submit his / her application through ONLINE only by
visiting the website www.tgtwgurukulam.telangana.gov.in (or)
http://ttwreiscoe.cgg.gov.in/

 The candidates need to pay an amount of Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred

only) towards Registration fee. This payment should be made through
credit card / Debit card / NET banking / UPI Payment.

 Before filling the application through online, the candidate have to read
the Prospectus which is uploaded in the website
www.tgtwgurukulam.telangana.gov.in (or) http://ttwreiscoe.cgg.gov.in/
 [ADVICE: they can prepare a hard copy first and then fill through online to
avoid mistakes].

 Please upload the photo and signature of the candidate below 50 kb size
only.

 In the payment gateway itself the candidate has to select the Group
interested (MPC or BPC), for getting admission in TTWR COE Institutions.

 Two levels of screening test will be conducted for admission into COEs in
MPC & BPC groups. The Mode of Question paper will be objective type
(MCQs) for 1st level screening and Descriptive type for 2 nd level screening.

 The admission into the following COEs will be filled first based on the merit
obtained in the screening test and preferences given by the candidates.

 In addition to the above preferences, the candidates are also instructed to

opt the other remaining COEs (Non Premier) at the time of applying
through online.

 The candidates shall be considered for admission into COE colleges

according to their option, based on the availability of seats in those
institutions and based on their merit in screening test. The option once
exercised is final and cannot be changed. Seats in COE Colleges, will be
allotted based on State wide merit of screening test to the ST students.

 The Candidates can choose COEs (Premier & Non Premier), based on the
Group opted in the payment gateway.

 The Candidates are advised to download the Hall tickets from 12.02.2024
to 17.02.2024 for appearing 1st level screening test which is scheduled
on 18.02.2024.

Admission Test:
A) 1st LEVEL SCREENING TEST
 Date of test 18.02.2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
 The test is OMR based, the test shall be for 160 marks.
 The Questions will be of multiple choice type [MCQs].
 Each question carries ONE mark. Each Question has only one correct /
appropriate answer.
 For each wrong answer 1/4th mark shall be deducted.
 4 sets of question papers (SET-A, SET-B, SET-C & SET-D) shall be there duly
jumbling the questions.

 The candidates should write and bubble the set (series) of question paper
given to them in the space provided in OMR without fail. Otherwise the
valuation cannot be done.

B) 2nd LEVEL SCREENING TEST

 Date of test 10.03.2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
The candidates @ 1:3 will be selected for 2nd level screening test i.e.,
Descriptive in the selected examination centers for admission into MPC
& BPC groups.

 The entrance test question paper shall be in bilingual form (i.e., in both
English and Telugu Media).

 The medium of instruction at intermediate level is English only.

  If more than one Candidate obtains same marks then DOB will be taken
into consideration and if the DOB is also same then the marks obtained
in subjects will be taken into consideration in the following order based
on the group selected by the candidate.

 The test will be based on the knowledge of subjects from class VIII to SSC
in English / Mathematics/Bio Science /Physical Science.

 The Secretary has right to allot candidate from one region to another
region as per the availability of seats.

 The admission into these colleges shall be according to the merit obtained
in screening test, duly considering the preferences of Group / College
exercised by the candidate in the ONLINE application.

Final Selection:

1. Selection will be made on merit basis subject to fulfillment of eligibility

criteria prescribed.

2. The Candidates who pass in one attempt in SSC Public Examinations,

2024 are eligible for admission.

3. For admission into COEs, the state wide merit in the 2nd level screening test
will be considered.
 4. Top merit students will be allotted to Premier COEs based on the
preferential order given by the student.

5. Other than Premier COEs, the students will be allotted based on the
preference given by the student at the time applying.

Other Information:
 There is no provision for revaluation of OMRs and answer scripts in
screening test, as this result is processed by taking utmost care to ensure
accuracy.

 In case of any dispute, the decision of the Secretary, TTWREIS is final.

 The provisional selection of the candidate shall not be vested with any
right to the candidate to secure admission. The admission shall be
confirmed only on producing of the required documents as stated in the
online application and in accordance to prospectus (failing which admission
will be cancelled).

 The 1st & 2nd level screening tests will be conducted at the selected
centers.

 The Secretary reserves the right to postpone / modify / change admission

test schedule.

 Any information regarding this test shall be sent to the registered Mobile
Number of the candidate through SMS. Hence, the candidates are directed
not to change the Mobile Number.

 The 2nd Language in all these Institutions shall be Telugu only.

 In screening test (OMR based), Circles should be bubbled with Blue / Black
Ball point pen only and Pencils should not be used at any cost. If pencil
is used in marking / bubbling the circle, then the OMR sheet shall not be
corrected / scanned.

 Over bubbling, semi bubbling, multiple bubbling is strictly prohibited and

such bubbling shall not be valued while scanning the OMR.

 If the bubbling is made with RED ballpoint pen (or) any other color
(other than Blue or black) ballpoint pen, such OMRs shall not be scanned
by the OMR scanning machine. Therefore, utmost care should be taken
in this regard. If any candidate uses RED / other color ballpoint pen for
bubbling, he / she is whole responsible for non-correction of OMR.

 For the 2nd level screening test i.e., Descriptive, the candidates have to
answer the given questions in Descriptive type in the given answer
sheet (Subject wise).
 Selected students will get all benefits extended by Tribal Welfare
Department such as free boarding, lodging, dresses, stationary, amenities,
Cosmetic charges, books, Medical care and Examination Fee etc., as per
the decisions of the Government of Telangana State from time to time.

 The result of the candidates shall be intimated through SMS to the given
Mobile Number.

 Hall tickets can be downloaded from 12.02.2024 to 17.02.2024

Midnight.

 All the candidates who downloaded the Hall ticket, will know the centre
to which he/she is allotted with clear address & Mobile No. of the
Principal. The candidates are advised to visit the centre at least one
day in advance for overcoming the confusion in finding the locations and
make their own transport arrangement to reach the centre safely, on
time. No claim or complaint shall be entertained from any candidate /
parent / relative for difficulty in finding location and late report.
